The Scheme Design System Of Composite Boat Applying Case Based Reasoning

The scheme design of composite boat is an important part in boat design. The fast and accurate design can effectively save manpower costs and increase market competitiveness of boats.This paper research on the profile design,the overall design and the structural design of composite boat applying CBR method. Discussed the method of boat design on parent boat. According to the demand of enterprise, developed the scheme design system of composite boat.In the beginning, studied on getting parent boat, transforming profile and extracting featured points. By the method of case expression, get the information of parent boat and build the case library. Using the secondary development of AutoCAD transformed the featured points of profile, displayed profile on three-dimensional and modified the profile.According to the results of lines design, this system calculated the boats statics. And then, drawn the statics graph. Calling the results of statics calculation, computed the speed and effective power applying the method of Navy Coefficient, designed propeller on preliminary design, end design, cavity check and strength check, and outputed the featured points of the propeller. After the overall design, evaluated of multiple overall design schemes applying the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and successfully get the best scheme.On the background of best scheme, researched on the structural design. The system makes the structural design easier, computes the specification size and other imformation accurately and outputs the structural dimension rapidly. Then proposed the case-based mdthod for estimating the weight of the hull material. Based on number of case imformation of the parent boat, estimated the weight of various hull material fast and accurately.Finally, based on the requirement of scheme design of composite boat, according to actual needs of enterprise, designed the functional model, data model and architecture of system. Comprehensively used methods of boat scheme design and techniques presented in this paper, developed the scheme design system of composite boat. The application of this system will help enterprise to reduce design costs and improve the efficiency of scheme design.
