Cable nets curtain wall is consist of nets and glass for basic unit, which stiffness offered by prestressed, the glass installed to cable nets intersection formed on the fixture of whole maintenance structure. With the improvement of construction level and appearance requirements, glass curtain wall was applied to all kinds of buildings, Previous mostly flat forms of cable nets curtain wall, this structure form need large pretressed , and the stiffness of out of plane is small. Recently Chinese Navigation Museum cable nets curtain wall using hyperbolic cable nets form, increase the structure stiffness, is a very good structure. This structure forms of curtain wall Application less, its form finding, construction process simulation has been research when the cable net was regard as roof, this paper on the basis of previous work, cable structure analysis theory will applied to cable net curtain wall. Main contents are as follows:Firstly ,this paper discussed form finding analysis method, and the general process of inverse iteration method is analyzed. Then we take the cable nets curtain wall of dong guan basketball center as a example, and did the form finding analysis. In the process, we doesn't consider sliding friction, reducing modulus equivalent axial force method combining with the inverse iteration method, and we get prestress distribution and get structure geometry, at the same time we can get zero geometry. At last, we recovery the real modulus of the ring cables. This method has fast convergence and axial force on the same ring is relatively uniform, accord with the real environment construction.Secondly, we did construction process simulation. This paper take inverse analysis and use the universal finite element software ANSYS to simulate the inverse construction, in which we simulate the reducing axial force by rising the temperature of ring cable till the last stage we kill ring cable to achieve ring construction process simulation, and get all the control parameters tension stage. Because the whole structure of zero state installation in place, the method of using scale of cable so the length of the cables must be precise. The model of we analysis no layered modeling, So the cable net should be stratified.In order to study the the influence to the whole structure caused by one of the cable damaged, we take the three-dimensional grids cable net wall to research. We simulate the different parts of the cable breaking up and to observe the difference of forces and displacement. Then, we decide whether the structure is safe, and the scale of the security.This paper studies the structure of the cable net wall wind vibration responses , which the time history wind speed generated by MATLAB. and then use ANSYS to calculate the force and displacement of the structure. In the end, we get the wind vibration coefficient.Finally, this paper summarized the work of research, which have some conclusion that have guide idea, and points out the conclusion after problems need to be solved. |
