Seepage consist fracture medium seepage and porous medium seepage,In these recent years,mang counties start to study the level radioactive nuclear waste's storage storage in the rocks,this enable pay more attention to the study of fracture medium. The cubic law is the basic theory of fracture medium seepage,bu many study show that establishment of cubic law is limited,for microfissure,it is wrong.The study of the hydraulic distribution in the fracture is very important to the analysis of high dams such buildings'hydraulic splitting. In this article doing research on single rough fracture medium seepage from the aspects of theoretical analysis and physical experiment.(1)Doing physical experiment,simulating rough surface by water sand paper and sand grains,then doing infiltration experiment plate parallel crack.The study show that water pressure in rough fracture is gradually increase with time,finally reach the external water pressure;the time of water pressure reach balance is reduce with the accretion of crack width and external water pressure,and with the decrease of crack roughness,the time of water pressure reach balance with relative roughness are to show linear relationship under the same roughness.(2)Analysising rough fracture hydrulic characteristics in theory, and compare with the experiment test.The study show that the current in smooth fracture maintain laminar flow When the reynolds number is greater-than 7,and is conform to the cubic law;the current in rough fracture maintain non-laminar flow. Deriving the formula which is suitable for descripte rough fracture hydraulic characteristics which rough surface is simulated by water sand paper and sand grains from the relationships between reynolds number and drag coefficient.(3) Studying fittingness and modify of the cubic law which is in smooth and rough fracture.The study show that in the smooth fracture when the fracture width is greater-than 0.119mm,the humidity get by experiment test is close to that calculated by the cubic law,it show that at this time the cubic law is true.When the fracture width is less-than 0.119mm, thehumidity get by experiment test is bigger than that calculated by the cubic law, at this time the cubic law is not true; in this experiment that in rough fracture the cubic law is not true, bringing up the modifier formulas of the the cubic law in the rough fracture, the modifier formulas is proved that it is more suitable for experiment test than the modifier formulas which is bringed up by the predecessors.
