Key Performance Parameters Trend Analysis Of FJ44 Engine Condition Monitoring

This paper researched theory of engine condition monitoring technology on FJ44 engine for the study, based on trend analysis technology, and monitored the cruise and climb performance parameters of the engine, built the baseline model, introduced the deviation calculation, and on this basis for trend analysis.This paper completed the FJ44 engine condition monitoring system based on the theory. The system has these functions: monitoring the engine through the Web, monitoring the trend of engine, conduct analysis and make a prediction; assessing engine performance. The system includes data collection, data similar to the conversion, data smoothing, data analysis, plotting the trend modules. Monitoring the FJ44 engine can effectively analyze and judge the engine's current operating status.Using the condition monitoring system can analyze the trend by monitoring several important performance parameters, and plot performance trend dawning. Analysis of the performance trend plotting may provide reference on fault diagnosis of the engine.
