With the rapid development of science and technology, modern warfare has entered the information age dominated by war in information warfare, Electronic information equipments play an increasingly irreplaceable role, which assemble into "network", play "system" efficiency. Electronic information equipments are to achieve military information collection, transmission, process automation, to achieve military information interconnection, interoperability, integration of operations of the important overall command of the military command system, which is the force multiplier of combat strength adhesive. However, with the emergence of a new weapon, which is called the high-power microwave weapons(HPMW), all of the world begin to understand that electronic information equipments have their fatal"weakness".Exactly Analysis and mine the main factors that affect on HPMW against of electronic information equipment and order of importance of these factors, which are the base of how to improve the ability of survive of electronic information equipment in the modern battlefield. How to improve the damage efficiency of HPMW and how HPMW plays a greater extent of its fighting capacity, which are currently facing a major issue, but also the hot topic of the world′s researchers. Information link of electronic information equipment as a link, HPMW attacking electronic information equipment as a object, establish a system of impact indicators. Combining with known conditions and questionnaire results, using AHP tool, this paper deeply studies the dominate factors which affect the damage efficiency of HPMW. There are very important conclusion.Microwave frequency as an important factor affecting the performance of HPMW, weakening their role of the effective protection of their damage is shielding. About the protection methods of electronic information equipment, this paper focuses on the shielding. Based on "Electromagnetic Topology Graph Theory", we can find the weak shielding path of electronic information equipment. By introducing of economic factors, to improve on the existing research results, this paper proposes a "economic optimization linear programming model" and "economic goal programming model". These models not only can improve the shielding efficiency of electronic information equipment to effectively meet the purpose of saving and reducing the economic cost, but also provides the inspiration of how to improve the viability of electronic information equipment in the modern battlefield. There is a stronge practical value.The main research contents of the paper contain as follows:1.Introduce the concept and characteristics of HPMW, from the thermal effects,electrical effect,biological effects show the damage mechanism of HPMW. Combining with the characteristic of electronic information equipment′s information link, this paper describes that HPMW attacks electronic information equipment which is mainly in its attack on their electronic system, and then analyze the patterns and processes of HPMW′s attack to electronic information equipment.2.From HPMW,HPM′transmission in atmosphere to the object of HPMW′attack, three stages, establish index system; and to improve HPMW to attack electronic information equipment effectiveness as the goal, to cut off sources of electronic information equipment, destruction of electronic information equipment transmission and distribution information, destroy electronic information equipment to receive and process information as the criterion, using AHP tolls, combining with the known condition on the various factors, this paper establishes level modal, which evaluates and orders the main factors that affect the damage efficiency of HPMW to electronic information equipment.3.There is a more detailed description of the three commonly used HPMW protection methods, namely filtering,shieding,grounding. For the purpose of saving economic cost and improving the shielding efficiency, after improving the existing way, this paper uses the linear program to optimize the restoration model to simplify the solution process, and establishes "economic optimization linear programming model" and "economic goal programming model". so that the established model is further improved. At the same time, this paper use satellite as an example to verify the conclusion.
