The sea water source heat pump(SWHP) due to its advantages of saving energy and protecting environment in today, are attentioned by the government departments and the relevant researchers in coastal areas, and are more and more applied in engineering practice.The study is supported by the project of Ministry of Housing and Urban Construction,Building Energy Saving&Science Technology,according to the application process of SWHP in Qingdao, discuss and the optimize the influence factors of the performance of system,while comparing the SWHP to the conventional air conditioning system, discuss the advantage and economic sensitive factors of SWHP from the perspective of value engineering.First, summarize temperature distribution characteristics and rules in the sea in our country ,maily in Qingdao.The thesis fits the annual change curve of the seawater temperature and the air temperature in Qingdao in the form of second-order Fourier series,analyzes the water temperature variation rule in vertical direction in winter and summer.Then, for accurate analysis of the SWHP, establish a system of components of dynamic mathematical model, including compressor, condenser, evaporator, electronic expansion valves, heat exchanger and water pump, calculate refrigerant thermodynamic parameters by using Cleland model, prepare system performance calculation program in the Matlab software platform,analyze the variation rule of system performance in different water depth and different water pipe friction ratio. With the experimental data verify the calculated data, find that the fitting ratio of simulated data and experimental data is high, so the influence anlysis of depth of extracting water and water pipe friction ratio is reliable.The simulating system has the certain reference value on engineering design and practice.Investment of extracting water is an important factor in SWHP construction investment cost, from the angle of economics with minimum annual cost evaluation index, the thesis useing the differential method build water pipeline economic specific frictional resistance function, optimize the economic specific frictional resistance, economic diameter and economic velocity.Finally, using the theory of value engineering, aiming at the SWHP and the other two traditional common systems, on the basis of respectively analyzing SWHP's initial investment and operation cost,compare the importance of function of three systems,accout the function conefficient,life cycle cost conefficient and value conefficient,the smaller the value,the better the system. With annual cost analysis for index, analyze the influence of three kinds of sensitive social economic factors of initial investment, price and discount rate to SWHP.
