With the development of society and the improvement of productivity,in response to the "carbon peak" in 2030 and the goal of "carbon neutrality" in 2060,the demand of various industries for energy conservation,emission reduction and improving energy efficiency is constantly increasing.In order to improve the performance of the heat pump unit,reduce the energy consumption,this paper puts forward a design scheme for seawater source heat exchanger,and through CFD numerical calculation method,analyze the summer conditions of heat exchanger flow plate spacing,the plate gap height,working medium flow rate,the opening structure of the heat exchanger flow and heat transfer performance.A pipe-shell heat exchanger of 9.61 ㎡ was calculated and designed.Analythe temperature field and flow field of shell hot fluid ethylene glycol solution by Fluent,the shell outlet temperature increases with the spacing of folding plates.When the flow plate spacing decreases from130 mm to 89 mm,the outlet temperature decreases from 311.8K to 310.7K.The planar average flow rate has decreased by 2.3%.When the gap of the low flow plate is highly unchanged,and the spacing of the heat exchanger with low flow plate is reduced,the volume of the low flow rate area is reduced,and the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger is improvedThe folding plate is designed and simulated numerically.The results show that the pressure drop of the double-row open flow plate is lower than the average pressure drop in each flow rate range,and the outlet temperature is reduced by 1.64℃ when the inlet flow rate is 3 m/s.The rate of change was 23%.Through the above analysis in the seawater source heat pump unit in summer conditions,folding plate spacing and structure changes on the shell heat exchange performance: open flow plate compared to not open flow plate,can strengthen heat transfer,reduce the shell heat exchanger shell outlet temperature,and can reduce the shell pressure drop,including double row hole flow plate to shell heat transfer and reduce pressure reduction effect is the best.
