This form of semantics makes the design of public facilities more complete and progress; public facilities'design provide vehicle and platform for research and development of semantics.As a kind of public environment supporting facilities ,urban public utilities are closely related to people's lives, in particular the public scene, such as street, campus, square, living area, etc., environment will have different specific groups of people, in which public facilities will also have their specific needs.
