Taking a bus rapid transit company LCK6180G type of object for the study, aimed at establishing suitable for BRT buses and articulated skeleton finite element model of the system, through the application of the model, the vibration characteristics of BRT buses and vibration analysis of the impact of the product development stage to predict the performance of the product in order to shorten the development cycle and reduce development costs. This paper is summarized below:1.CAE pre-treatment parts: the frame of the BRT buses and chassis parts modeling, which hinged plate to complete the modeling in CATIA, the skeleton part of the modeling in ANSYS completed, and then assembled in the HyperMesh and meshed. Finite element model to optimize and simplify the principle on the part of the research to focus on the direction of optimization, vibration of some of the smaller bus structure and components suitable simplified appropriate, such as engines less impact on the structural strength unit instead of the quality of parts with the quality and so on.2. This paper models the suspension of the research done a full theoretical analysis,because of Suspension of the bus because a great influence on the vibration.3.modal analysis: BRT bus frame on the modal analysis, calculate the natural frequencies of the frame and part of the local modes to get the dynamic characteristic, so stagger the vehicle chassis vibration frequency vibration frequency, in ensuring the comfort of taking into account the chassis rigidity, vibration characteristics of the frame to make evaluation.4. fatigue analysis: focus on the random vibration caused fatigue damage to the frame. According to various driving conditions of stress analysis, to identify the frame, the hinge plate and other parts of the stress concentration point, the fatigue life analysis. According to the life of the frame analysis results provide a reference for the design of the frame.
