In recent years, frequent earthquake, the most severe natural disaster in world, attracted people's attention again. The Anti-seismic design of the structure is widely mentioned once again. Bridge as a lifeline, whose destruction will lead to increased secondary disaster, result more serious damage. It is great significance for establishing a more reasonable seismic system to understand and master the bridge seismic response. Continuous rigid frame bridge has broad application prospects, because of the disease of existing continuous rigid frame bridge, as a new structure, the bottom cable level layout continuous rigid frame bridge is proposed, the seismic performance has not been studied at home and abroad. To study the seismic response characteristic of the bottom cable level layout continuous rigid frame bridge, to reasonable seismic design of such bridge structure, it is important theoretical and practical engineering value to promote its wider application in bridge project. This paper describes the basic theory of seismic response analysis, based on the Long Teng Bridge in Yunnan Province as engineering background, researched the seismic response characteristic of the bottom cable level layout continuous rigid frame bridge, major research as follows:1.Use of finite element software Midas/Civil to establish the bottom cable level layout continuous rigid frame bridge finite element model, analyzed its vibration characteristic.2.Respectively, input along the bridge, transverse and vertical seismic action, use response spectrum analysis and time history analysis method to solve the bottom cable level layout continuous rigid frame bridge displacements and internal forces, the two analysis methods were compared to explore the difference between the two methods.3.According the seismic response analysis results, reasonable proposals were put forward to the l bottom cable level layout continuous rigid frame bridge seismic design.
