Developed countries in Europe and the United States aviation, visual approach procedures and operations specifications is quite mature, but in different countries there are regional differences, particularly in low-altitude airspace of China did not open, many of the advanced program design does not use China. So how to design and specifications suitable for China's visual approach procedures, to become an important issue. As China's special conditions, a wide range of control airspace, visual approach route control has become a constraint restricting the rapid development of China's civil aviation one of the conditions. ADS-B system as a technical breakthrough, achieved real-time peer to peer communications space, the controlling officer for the increase is undoubtedly in a more reliable and effective control methods, for the use of safer visual flight rules, and objectives depending on the practical application of the approach, the ADS-B system, the establishment of norms to guide the visual is very necessary.In this thesis, ADS-B system through the talks, the combination of existing domestic visual flight rules, re-design of the ADS-B system in the visual specification approach, combined with the specification, the current installation of the system part of the domestic airport and approach control airspace design in ADS-B system under the supervision of visual approach procedures.Referenced in the software design Civil Aviation Flight University of China as a base to support large amounts of data, with ADS-B system, the stability of the college three years running, and users of ADS-B system had a lot of research analysis, involving users to cover the air traffic controllers, flight technical command, flight teachers.
