Landscape Engineering Design Risk And Countermeasures Studies

Our country landscape engineering since reform and opening-up, especially in the recent ten years, obtained the development by leaps and bounds. Different types and different function of landscape engineering projects more and more. The design quality level of the success or failure of landscape engineering constraints become main factors.Risk management theory in China began to apply to various industries, but overall the theoretical level and practical application still needs to be improved. Landscape engineering as a just started, the development of industry for its use of risk management is relatively rare. Meanwhile landscape engineering design specifically for the risk control theory and method is nearly blank.Taking jiangxi jian LISHAN mountain park design as an example, and according to the risk identification theory, using investigation and expert scoring method, through to the professional technical personnel and through the questionnaire statistical analysis, design scheme of LISHAN park design quality risk factors identified and evaluation, the conclusion that the LISHAN park in the design process, the possible existence of risk source for security design quality lay the foundation.This paper also from the technical level and the management management level, analysis of landscape engineering design points, will risk control risk throughout the design process of the concept of preparation and later technical design phase.
