In recent years,along with the large capacity and high speed of computer and the development of computational fluid dynamics technology,it is possible to use CFD technology to simulate the air conditioning of large space building. Large space building has its own special air-conditioning system; stratified air conditioning is a typical large space organization of indoor air, with good heat comfortability and energy saving. The flow field is affected by the moving person in the building; the effect can't be simulated by static simulation, and the issue can be solved through dynamic simulation very well.In this paper, a tall plant of printing is as the research object, the velocity-field, temperature-field and pollutant concentration-field is simulated, and the better airflow arrangement is obtained through comparing. As a basis, the effect of indoor airflow by a moving person with different speeds is simulated by dynamic simulation. The plant is a large space building, using stratified air conditioning technology, with perforated ceiling air supply and linear slot diffusers 4m below. First, with the theoretical knowledge of perforated ceiling air supply, the parameters are calculated and set; then the better indoor airflow arrangements is obtained by static simulation, the effect of indoor airflow by a moving person is got through dynamic simulation; finally, the indoor airflow is evaluated with the method of uneven temperature and velocity coefficient and PMV, PPD. The conclusions are: the better airflow is the way of using perforated ceiling air supply and linear slot diffusers, with good heat comfortability and energy saving. The effect of indoor airflow by a moving person is not significant, with shorter duration, the result is negative.
