| Perforated plate air supply system were generally applied in the environment that has high requirment for the regional temperature diffierence and wind speed in working zone, especially suitable for application to train that has high requirment of uniform air supply and space. Perforated plate air supply system applied to train can improve the comfort and make inner surface of the car more beautiful. Perforated plate was primarily only used as air supply terminal, individual air volumn control components were generally needed, this paper put forward that perforated plate used as air volumn control components and air supply terminal at the same time.Based on the theoretical analysis,CFD simulation and experimental test, the theoretical design and calculation method and air supply characteristics are analyzed, in order to guide the practical design of air supply system of the train.First, theoretically analyzed the design calculation method of two kinds air supply system of winter and summer, puts forward air volumn adjustment method and finally gain theoretical design scheme, put the scheme in to use of CFD simulation, comparing with simulation and theoretical calculation results, it can be seen that pressure and speed inside the main duct distributed uniformly of winter and summer air supply systems, good air supply uniformity was got, besides, pressure drop of the summer air supply system was only 33.1 Pa, which is much smaller compared with other types of air supply system.it greatly reduced the consumption of fan.Then, the experiment mockup is established by 1:1 proportion in the multifunction air-conditioning experiment platform and air conditioning, put the simulation results in to the experiment and measured wind pressure distributions and air volumn of each outlet. Results show that the deviation of simulation results and experimental results is not more than 10%, It not only verifies the correctness of the design method put forward in this paper, but also proves the feasibility of utilizing the CFD method to analyze the air supply system of this kind.Finally, CFD simulation and experimental research of air distribution under the way of perforated plate air supply type of summer has been carried out, and compared with that of circular duct system that currently used in EMU, use ununiformity coefficient and Air Diffusion Performance Index (ADPI) to evaluate them, the results show that air distribution under the way of perforated plate air supply type is better than the latter. Air distribution optimization was put forward, change the air supply and return type depend on the conversion of valve. Comparied and analysed the simulation results before and after the optimization, conclusion were obtained that air distribution was superior after the optimization.The work of this paper can provide reference and basis for the design of train air supply duct, also, it can give reference for similar air supply duct. |
