In recent years, and coal prices continued to rise and electricity prices are low, the electricity business forms are increasingly serious and therefore reduces factory electricity, electricity, each power plant to pursue economic target. As the national energy reduction of work, how to rebuild the electrical equipment has been one of the important subjects. The plant main electric equipment, such as delivering hair dryer, induced draft fan, primary air fan, water feeding pump, are all high energy consumption equipment. The output power can't follow with load. The usual way is to change the baffles or valve. It makes a mass of energy losses duo to the adjustment. The use of high voltage converter technology can save a mass of energy. This article analyzes the plant primary air fan operation of Inner Mongolia particularly, compares much energy saving method, and provides the plan to reform the primary air fan of Inner Mongolia Jin Shan Power Plant. The effects of energy saving is significant.
