The power device can't work in the soft-switching, increased the power loss, reduced the reliability of the system, because of the above factors.First, the principle of the induction heating is studied, and then the technologies of the main topology circuits, load-matching method and phase locked-loop are investigated in depth, based on which the improved current-source inverter topology, CLC Load-Matching plan, anti-noise interference phase locked-loop are proposed, at the same time, experiments are performed to testify the advantages in performance .those research results are convenient to the engineering. |
