High-frequency high-power induction heater is widely used in the modern industry. In view of the present situation of domestic energy shortage, research on High-frequency high-power induction heater is necessary and valuable because it is characteristic of some especially good characters such as high efficiency, rapid speed.At first, we discuss the primary principle and actuality of induction heating power supply. Then, we present the basic structure of induction heating power supply, and the two types of circuits, whose advantages and disadvantages are all discussed. Moreover, this section discusses some power modulation methods. After ascertaining*the scheme, we give the main circuit design and the parameters of each component which make up the whole system. The simulation of the main circuit through MULTISIM testifies the reasonable of the above calculation. We analyze the power supply's control system as one of the important emphases, and present the system's schematic circuits particularly as well. Meanwhile, we analyze driver circuit and the protection circuit of the High-frequency high-power induction heater. Finally, we give the result and conclusion about the experiment design.In this paper, we present three emphasizes. The first emphasize is presenting the control methods in the phase-shifted power modulation inverter circuit.
