It is well known that when the specific design coal boiler selection is the best burning coal for boiler. But in fact, due to tension in coal resources and the rising of coal prices, it leads to design coal to burn in the actual operation of power plants difficultly. Plus cost considerations, a blended coal combustion has become options of most power.This article introduces of the boiler in the Yungang Thermal Power Plant in Shanxi Datang International. It analysis something of the impacting on the milling system, on boiler performance, on the economy and so on because of using blended coal combustion. It also analysis influences in the boiler furnace, superheater, reheater, economizer, air preheater, condenser tubes and boiler slag control, and additional heating surface of the boiler. By calculateing thermodynamic analysis of the mixed coal combustion It analyse the conclusion through the thermodynamic calculation for the original design coal or the blended coal under the three mixed coal loads (95% BMCR,100% BMCR,105% BMCR). So it provide reference for the boiler operation to provide security and economy reference. |
