The paper starting with the energy quality aspect, basing on the analysis of condenser, discussing density of exergy flow, resistance exergy and dynamic exergy parameters in the process of condenser transfer which based on the process of exergy transfer, concludes the factors and laws that can affect the pass of the condenser, thereby can make guidance suggestions to improve performance of the condenser, make better energy-used process of condenser, modify structure of condenser and further to save energy as a target.The paper takes the first, the second law of thermodynamics and the non-equilibrium thermodynamic theory as the foundation, takes the exergy transfer theory and the structure of condenser as further study. By specifically studying three procedures during the process of condenser heat transfer: including steam condensation heat transfer on the outer surface of the cooling conduit, heat transfer that runs through conduit metal itself and the interior and exterior surface of the conduit, convective heat transfer on the cooling water that runs through conduit inwall, can obtain temperature distribution of condenser in its steam side and water side, conduit in its interior and exterior. Based on the above results, exergy transfer coefficient in each link can be made by using exergy transfer theory. Meanwhile, by collection design parameters of condenser, fluid property parameters and processing parameters together can specifically observe the distribution of heat transfer coefficient. By analyzing the results can finally get the following optimal designs and operational programs.(1) By means of reducing the dirt of condenser's surface, changing the flow condition of fluid, changing the surface condition of heat transfer surface, increasing convective heat transfer coefficient in the process of convective heat transfer, will increase exergy transfer coefficient to a large extent, thereby will increase efficiency of condensed gas and reduce exergy loss.(2) During the design, the metal materials with high thermal conductivity that selected for conduit wall can increase exergy transfer coefficient in its process and then can reduce exergy loss.(3) Reducing heat transfer difference in temperature can increase exergy transfer coefficient in the process of heat transfer, reduce exergy loss in the process of heat transfer, increase working medium flow, exergy transfer coefficient will increase between cold, heat fluid and conduit, proportional to the relationship.
