Modern transportation industry is the important basic industry of national economy, with the continuous development of economy, the High Speed Railway (abbreviated as HSR) has become a priority to the development of strategic emerging industries. As the most important transportation tool, HSR has several distinctive advantages (i.e. high efficiency and large transporting capacity). HSR is a huge complicated system; it requires the cutting edge engineeried technologies, large investment amounts,systematically operated manangements, and transportation safety control. Fast and safe transportation form can accelerate the development of material flow, capital flow, ensuring the continuity and the validity of social production, and promote the regional economic development of our country. In order to better balance of land use and realize the sustainable development of society, the reasonable construction of high-speed railway and run efficiently has become increasingly urgent. Due to the complexity of the composition of HSR operation system, the operation of the HSR itself cost-benefit, efficiency and further affect people’s choice of the mode of transportation, the change of the enterprise economic benefit and social benefit. Therefore, this article research content is as follows:(1) Through the introduction of the development of HSR in our country, from the social economy, policy factors, operation strategy and its own factors four aspects of HSR passenger traffic factors are analyzed. Using autonomous comprehensive evaluation based on competitive field of vision will be the main factors influencing the HSR traffic is evaluated, and the influence factors according to the importance of HSR traffic, and their relationship with the traffic, with fewer variables for railway department to study and put forward reasonable operating strategy.(2)By introducing HSRon the present situation of our country, the basic theory of the prediction, based on the analysis of the traditional prediction method of passenger flow prediction method and artificial intelligence respective applicable conditions and advantages and disadvantages, and then puts forward the suitable for short-term traffic forecasting method of support vector machine (SVM) and use the nonparametric GARCH model to simulate the prediction error correction to improve the prediction accuracy.(3) Under the assured No. of train, rational allocation of different type of seat would make the transportation operation economic and efficient. As we know, there are two kinds of situations in HSR operation, i.e. ticket excessiveness and shortage, so in order solve the as-mentioned problems, increasement of overall attendance rate and incomingsis necessary.We introduced several bisic concepts of incoming manangement theory, then thicket allocation methodologies is extended. The current ticket allocationmethods wereexamined from different aspects.Consequently, we have used the column generation algorithm as the solving tool, and proved the feasibility of our model.(4) Systematically introduces the mechanism of HSR harmonic, harmonic characteristics of high-speed railway, electric locomotive driving mechanism, and analyzed the HSR electric locomotive operation and the relationship between the harmonic. Built for management in the operation of the Beijing-shanghai HSR harmonic pollution provides a new way.
