Discussion On Repair Method Of Business Line Tunnel Foundation Bed Disease

Datong-Qinhuangdao line and Houma-Yueshan line are China's major coal transport line. Both lines increasingly highlight the characteristics of heavy haul railways, such as high speed, high density, large capacity, and large heavy axle load. The Methods of tunnel repair work have to adapt to new transport conditions, innovative methods, sum up experience, formation a sound and mature construction technology. This thesis summed up these years'experience of tunnel repair work. Started from the analysis of tunnel disease manifestations and the causes, the thesis introduced a tunnel foundation bed disease detection technology, and described different construction methods and process in detail. The improvements of business line tunnel overhead line reinforcement technology have been proposed. In addition, the tunnel digging concrete and widen use of large-scale machinery and equipment have also been made a tentative.1. The thesis analyzed tunnel foundation bed different disease manifestations and the causes. The tunnel line's low transport capacity, low design standard,not thoroughly foundation bed treatment in construction, poor geological rock, low quality construction, bad congenital condition, maintenance and repair work mismanagement, damage drainage, and the impact of increase train load lead to tunnel foundation bed disease.2. The thesis introduced the application of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) in the tunnel foundation bed disease detection work. Through this practical technology, foundation bed disease detection and data analysis can be made. The results can be visually described foundation bed disease, and provide a scientific basis for repair work.3. The thesis described different foundation bed repair methods and process in detail, summarized a repair method of business line tunnel foundation bed disease.4. The thesis summarized the construction safety measures, and further analyzed the causes of disease in repair work, and summarized construct coordination relevant working experience.5. The results of this research are very important to scientific research departments to improve the heavy haul railways repair theory, and can guide the railway department to repair tunnel foundation bed.
