| Transferring girder through the track-cable erecting system for suspension bridge is a new construction method and technology. On bases of reference principle of prestressed double-layer cable-suspended system is using the main cable and trak cable to transfer stiffening girder, this method is firstly used in AiZhai suspension bridge in HuNan province. Depend on digital data and existing problems founded in the local experiment and field testing, this thesis is mainly research on design parameters and error effects of the track-cable erecting system in AiZhai suspension bridge. Certain reference value couble be used in construction control and wish to make contribution to the application of the track-cable erecting system.1) Introduced the special construction method of transferring girder through the track-cable erecting system, its composition and working principle; then described the local experiment and field testing conclusion briefly;lastly retrospectively reviewed the aerobus suspension system and double-layered pre-stressed-cable architectural structure, analyzed and arranged the research and development related which in domestic and abroad.2) Analyzed unloaded equilibrium state of the track-cable erecting system by using analytical method, given out its restriction matrix equation.Then analyzed the effects of suspender cable length's erro,the change of saddle's supporting distance and the force of track-cable by using this method. Lastly primary researched on the selection of material and geometrical size of the track cable.3) Established finite element simulation integrated model of transport vehicle and the track-cable erecting system by using Bnlas software. Calculated and analyzed the responses of system in the state of moving vehicle when the track cable's tension force is uneven. The variation patterns of load distribution and alignment of the track cable is obtained. And error control standard is given out:the error force of single track cable should be less than±80kN and±40kN for drogon track cables.4) Finite element simulation models of the track-cable erecting system with different supporting distances of saddles are established by BNLAS software. Then calculated and analyzed the effects of system when suspender cable'length error occurred and supporting distance changed, meanwhile studied the effects of track-cable when its force changed. The application range of the track-cable erecting system is extended:the design force of track cable should be more than 460t when supporting distances of saddle is 2×14.5m and 540t when supporting distances is 3 X 14.5m. |
