As ZPW-2000 series uninsulation track circuit technology matures, at speed track,especially high-speed railway,this series track circuit has been widely installed.Because ZPW-2000 series uninsulation track circuit adopted many new technology,it had more equipment and more advanced technology,these characteristics required railway signal maintenance department to have a higher level.The traditional manual testing method was difficult to deal with the new equipment testing and repair work. The railway department in desperate need of an equipment suitable for electricity maintenance department's acceptance and measuring, this equipment can test ZPW-2000 system various equipment, and complete all the equipment's parameters testing.In the main research contents of this thesis, firstly, the track circuit testing system research situation was discussed, then according to the field demand survey,the test system's functional requirements was analysis,and taked the test of the tuning unit as an example, the logical switch module, acquisition driver module and algorithm modules was studied,which directly influenced the results of test system, at last, these several key software modules were achieved in LabVIEW software platform. Among them, the test system of automation degree was effectively improved by the logical switch module; the purpose of high precise acquisition was simply, quickly reached by the acquisition driver module,which used DAQ gathering parameters settings; The algorithm module focused on analyzing the test algorithm of cross-correlation method combined with orthogonal method,and improved the system test algorithm in phase difference measurement of anti-interference ability and testing precision.In solving the key technology basis of test system, human-computer interaction module and frequent-test options arrange module was designed in the thesis.The design and programming method of human-computer interaction module and frequent-test options arrange module was mainly analysed, though these modules,the test system was used more conveniently and quickly, as well as the practicability was enhanced. After realizing the test system mainly test functions, the detection platform was built to detected performance of this system, and test results were analyzed at last. Through comparing real values and test values, the test system based on virtual instrument was verified that had advantages in high precision signal acquisition and programming quick. The system had good accuracy and superiority was verified in testing of DC current, DC voltage, AC voltage and phase difference.
