| In the modern bridge construction projects, Continuous beam has been more widely used. Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge, because of its large spanning capacity, flexible construction methods, adaptability, outstanding structural stiffness, strong-shock resisitance, good smoothness of traffic and beautiful shape, now has been widely used around the world.Methods of construction for prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge are numerous, such as general cast-in-place,assembling method——monolithic construction, cantilever construction, incremental launching method, mobile framework span-by-span cast-in-place method and so on.The construction of a continuous beam couldn't be successful without process control. The application in the actual operation of construction monitoring and controling are specified in this paper, also,the basic principles of construction control, theoretical calculation of the sub-control method, the the main contents and control requirements of control system, and the modeling and the analysis of various parameters are included. Accroding to the analysis of project cases,the importance of the control to the continuous beam construction are presentation. All the factors couldn't be fully taken into account in the design process, various emergencies and accidental events occur frequently, therefore,the control play an important role in the actual construction process.how to deal with the coordination of all the factors in the construction process, faithfully and timely report the problems in the process of site construction, effective monitor to the site construction, are the key problems of bridge construction,and the important parts of the assurance in quality control, construction line and the subsequent operation safety at the same time. |
