The air route planning of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is base on the analysis of unmanned aircraft arrival time, space flight environment, air space threats and fuel consumption, etc., it makes a optimal route of UAV that can ensure the successful completion of missions of UAV, it is the key technology of unmanned aircraft mission planning system.Firstly,the target of this paper is constructing a model of the problem of route planning, it describes space model, route planning expression, and constraints, and takes the rule of choosing the route costs. Secondly,the paper researchs Genetic Algorithm, Voronoi Algorithm, and Ant colony algorithm on the route planning of UAV,takes the method of threats cost weighting for rebuilding the Voronoi figure.Through discussing three algorithms,it gets the different algorithms for different stages on the route planning.Thirdly,base on researching of avoiding the threats,this topic takes different methods, and improves the effectiveness and practicality through simulation.Finally,the topic designs the route planning of UAV simulation system.and it gets the result through Voronoi figure and researching of route planning methods.
