In order to partly solve the problem of high acceleration tester can't bump continually and the problem of continuous impact experiment equipment can't obtain high acceleration, according to the demand of precision optical product's finalization experiment and the disadvantages of high acceleration test-bed, this dissertation developed a impact test-bed, it's mainly used to test impact tolerance of precision optical products in the test of designing finalization.In this dissertation the use of hydraulic power and PID servocontrol technique were discussed, and according to the technical indexes of the impact test-bed and based on calculation, discussed the correct selection of the relative components. Explored the construction of the system of data acquisition, selected the singnal test equipments based on the principal of the guarantee of accurate and rapid in data acquisition. Established the measurement and control system of the impact test-bed by using virtual instrument technology that based on Labwindows/CVI, described the structure of system software. Analysised the impact response data that collected in ball firing test and in stimulant impact test in time and frequency domain, compared the results and verified the feasibility of using the impact test-bed to carry out impact test of precision optical products.
