In recent years, with the quickening pace of urban construction, dense population ,narrowing of the urban space and a series of problems are becoming revealed. The shortage of land resources and the expensive land prices made a further discussion and study on how to improve the land utilization. Due to the above the influence of many factors, underground engineering for the rational development and utilization of deep excavation technology in our country in recent decades, get a degree of development. However, a considerable number of problems in the development and construction design appeared in the various sectors. For example, by the influence of stratigraphic geological condition, many deep foundation pits can not only take simple construction technology and support form. Non‐standard construction,the unfamiliar to the periphery environment may lead to the settlement of surrounding buildings, unreasonable underground engineering and deep foundation pit design form will affect construction progress, inducing pit's collapse, water gushing, sand gushing, threatening personal safety even directly made the excavation by halves. Therefore, many special and effective form of foundation pit supporting emerging in recent years and get a good application according to different situations, and how to select the reasonable foundation pit supporting form also become the key research problems of foundation pit supporting design.The types that supporting structure of piles and internal support are rose and developed rapidly in recent years. However, the engineering experience of their design and construction is not sufficient, in the condition of dualistic structure of soil stratum and underlying rock stratum. Therefore, analyses of their deformation and instability are very important in practical engineering projects. Their deformation and instability were analyzed by using a combination big FEM program Plaxis and combining with practical engineering cases. As for the internal support, the distance and rigidity of internal support were the two main influencing factors to be analyzed, with the aim of proposing appropriate parameters of the two factors. As for the rock‐sock eted pile, numerical simulation was carried out on selection of the rocket length and bending rigidity of the piles. And by analyzing the variation of rocked length and movement and bending moment of the piles , the design parameters could be proposed appropriately.On the ground of deep foundation pit retaining structure engineering in Qingdao area, the overall computing by means of F‐SPW as carried out for the process of excavation and supporting. As for the layout of internal support, the whole stress and the displacement of the pit were the two main influencing factors to be analyzed, with the aim of proposing appropriate parameters of the two factors. At the same time, a monitoring program for it excavation is developed in accordance with the relevant specifications after analyzing the monitoring results and comparing hose with the theoretical results. Get some useful conclusions which is useful for design, construction and monitoring of similar engineering.
