In recent years,people in the engineering construction excavated soil for solidification using.On the one hand,it benefits for protecting the environment,on the other hand,it is good for economic benefit.But the traditional curing material solidified soil exists obviously deficiencies,for example,when used as a material solidified soil under natural environment change,caused by the shrinkage deformation will cause surface reflection crack,which is serious damage to the pavement structure.As a new type of ionic soil stabilizer,CHF has been used in the country’s practical engineering application which leads to good results.But the CHF soil curing agent for shale soil solidifying effect remains to be studied in southwest research,the studies on curing mechanism also lag behind the engineering application.Therefore,the research plays a significant role on CHF curing agent curing effect of shale soil especially in the deformation characteristics of natural environment and the curing mechanism.This article uses the CHF soil firming agent,combined with the traditional curing materials as cement,lime,soil for curing shale soil in southwest China.Firstly,through the orthogonal experiment,with 7d,28 d unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of mix proportion design of evaluation index,the appropriate mix content of the identified the CHF and optimizing the mixture ratio design scheme of CHF solidified soil.The CHF is studied when single curing shale soil solidification effect,comparison and analysis of CHF,the mixed soil curing agent of solidified soil unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,the effect on the stability of the flooding.Secondly,according to the different combination of mix proportioning optimization parameters,respectively,the drying shrinkage,temperature shrinkage deformation properties of solidified soil test,time was analyzed through dry shrinkage deformation test of solidified soil water loss rate,the effect of shrinkage strain and water loss rate,CHF soil curing agent on the dry shrinkage coefficient,through the temperature shrinkage deformation test reveals the curing age,different temperature range for the influence of temperature shrinkage performance,average temperature shrinkage coefficient and CHF curing agent volume is established with regression equation.Finally,combining traditional soil solidified material mechanism of solidified soil,such as cement,lime through SEM electron microscope scanning microscopic analysis of the stabilized soil sample,find out the connection between the solidified soil microstructure and macro properties,further understand the mechanism of the soil stabilizer CHF. |
