Research On The Rainwater Collection And Utilize In Changsha Road Greenland

At present, with the development of the city, and the increase of impervious surface area such as roads, houses, the use of resources for the urban road green space is still in extensive management condition, and water wastage is very serious. In the background of global water shortage, the urban road green space landscape should reasonably utilize rainwater resources and stick to sustainable development way.By the research of the related theory and practical measures referring to domestic and overseas road green space's rainwater collection and utilization, in the light of urban water resources condition in Changsha city, this paper selects representative road green space of Changsha in term of road rainwater collection and utilization, and analyzes the existing problem in Changsha at the aspect of the plants, paving form and materials, irrigation methods, road cross-sectional, rainwater collection system, etc. After deep research, the main results are as follows:(1) According to the domestic and overseas relevant theory and practice, the urban road green space rainwater collection and utilization theoretical systems are summarized. (2) After the investigation of representative road green space of Changsha city, the current problems of Changsha city road green space rainwater collection and utilization are found out.(3) Applying the theory and method of rainwater collection and utilization into the reform of and design of different types of urban road green space in Changsha, combining theory and practice, and exploring establishment ways and means of the urban road green space rainwater collection and utilization system.Through theoretical research and actual case of Changsha road green space rainwater collection and utilization, the thesis makes a reference for establishing the road green space rainwater collection and utilization system in Changsha city.
