In the poor working environment, there are many drawbacks in the traditional power supply transformer, the emergence of non-contact transformer good solution to this problem, with the power electronics technology, non-contact power supply technology has been more attention, and in some areas has been widely applied, however, because of its own transmission efficiency compared to conventional transformers is relatively low, which is one of the issues to be resolved.The non-contact power supply technology to the maximum transmission power ratio as the research object, This non-contact power supply technology to the maximum transmission power ratio for the study, focusing on comparative studies at different distances, the loosely coupled transformer power transfer characteristics, in order to study the optimal distance of the maximum transmission power ratio and the specific distance the best transmission frequency, combined with the classical PID controller, fuzzy controller and the advantages of fuzzy PID controller was designed to achieve the best transmission frequency tracking system to find the optimal frequency points, designed based on the ARM-Cortex-M3,non-Contact with power switching power supply controller, and designed a non-contact power supply technology with mobile phone charger circuit as the experimental platform. Finally, the simulation and experimental tests verify the theoretical correctness of the design.
