Contactless power supply system realizes contactless power transmission with high security, reliability, high efficiency and flexibility by the combination of electromagnet- tic inductive coupling technology, high frequency converter technology, power electronic technology and other advanced technology. This system overcomes many shortcomings brought by the traditional power transmission and new method for power transmission has been opened up.This text has introduced the principle, basic structure and current development situation of the contactless power supply based on ICPT technology at first, and analyze the realize structure of loosely coupled transformer as the key part of contactless power transmit system, moreover, derive out the mathematics model of the loose coupled transformer on the basis transformer of routine and computing method of its key parameter. Analyzing the magnetic circuit of the loose coupled transformer, as it's magnetic resistance on the high side and it's coupling rate on the low side, for get most heavy electric energy transmit efficiency, we carry on the ANSYS simulate on the condition of different distance between the fist coil and the second coil and have found out the transformer structure and power transfer efficient which have offered the theoretical direction for research of the loosely coupled transformer.Contactless power supply system model has been established based on the fundamental mode approximation method and mutual inductance model. The stability characteristic with variable frequency control has been analyzed and the stability boundary conditions for various compensation topologies have been given. The applicability of various secondary compensation methods and the influence that primary compensation methods have on primary visual power has been studied theoretically and simulation. The most efficient primary and secondary compensation topologies for different conditions have been obtained.In order to reduce transmit loss, improve the electric energy and transmit efficiency, High frequency convert based on the series resonance circuit controlled is adapted, that topology achieved zero voltage and zero current soft switch and have reduced the electric current and voltage assault to the power device. And reduced the circuit loss effectively, improved transmit efficiency. MATLAB simulations verify validity of the controller.
