The petroleum, which is able to be exploited for 40 years in the world and 20 years in China by the reseach,is still primary energy.Under two important themes in today:energy and environmental conservation, due to reduce the dependence of the petroleum, there are a large number of investigations about new energy all over the world, and especially this renewable energy "biodiesel" is getting more and more recognition. Many countries pay more attention to this green energy, owing to nicer combustibility and environmentally friendly ability, which relieves stress of the use of the petroleum to some degree and minish the exhaust. In addition, the development of biodiesel industry could take full advantage of idle land and afford green environment to the local place, meanwhile bring more employments and social wealth.Biodiesel, namely Fatty acid methyl esters, which comes from the esterification of methanol and vegetable oil or fatty oil or trash oil,is a typical green energy and also a fuel for internal combustion engine. It has many advantages, such as low content of sulfur and dutrex, high content of oxygen and cetane, and nicer exhaust. Particularly, with no structural change of diesel engine, the characteristic of the blended fuel mixed biodiesel with diesel by random ratio is similar to that of the diesel. This paper introduced the characteristic of biodiesel and diesel, and contrastively analysed the work performance based on JX493 and B2105 diesel engine under fuel B0,B10,B20,B30 which were mixed biodiesel with diesel by corresponding ratio. In contrastively analyse of combustion performance,a suit of IC engine combustion analyse system was built up by LABVIEW on JX493 engine.
