CRTSⅠslab track is one of the most important form of ballastless track structure on the Passenger Dedicated Line in China. One of the main purpose of ballastless track is to achieve low maintenance, but currently CRTS I slab track on the dedicated line has undergone a different type of damage. In particular, as the key technology of slab track CA mortar is occurring to varying degrees and forms of destruction.This study established solid model, beam-solid model, beam-plate solid. A static analysis for CRTS I slab track on the roadbed was carried out. This study got the the laws of CA mortar force at the role of the temperature gradient, the train load, and temperature gradient and train loads, analyzed the damage mechanism of CA mortar. In all cases, the stress of edges and corners is much larger. The stress of corners is the largest especially. The maximum tensile stress of CA mortar is 0.172 Mpa and the maximum compressive stress is 0.843 Mpa. The mortar compressive stress is much larger than the tensile stress.Thus CA mortar damage is caused by a major factors of the vertical compressive stress. But mortar damage does not occur in a asingle load normally.As CA mortar is in the role of high frequency wheel-rail loads and temperature gradient loads repeatedly, it maybe damage due to fatigue damage.This paper studied the failure of the general life of CA mortar.This paper simulated CA mortor damage by void bottom of the slab,dealed with different states of void bottom using finite element of life and death cell technology.This paper calculated and analyzed the force of slab and the base of the structural strength of CA mortor in different damage states,determined the maintenance standard based on the structural strength.The the maintenance standard is that the length of void bottom is less than 20cm and the width is less than 12cm.
