| Heavy haul transportation is an important approach of easing Chinese railway transportion capacity tension and making railway further satisfy the demands of national economic development. Meanwhile, it is also the developing trend of Chinese railway freight transportation. With the large number of dedicated passenger lines put into operation, the transportation capacity in the existing lines will be released to some extent. Transforming the exiting lines in a planned way and running heavy haul trains can take full advantage of the exsiting equipment, save capital investment, increase the railway carrying capacity substantially, improve the railway productivity and reduce freight transportation costs.From macro degree to micro degree, the thesis takes "Heavy Haul Transformation of Existing Railway" as research object, in accordance with the sequence of existing railway heavy haul transformation reconstruction project design and construction, selecting three related issues to make an in-depth study.(1) Elaborates the development and planning of Chinese heavy haul railway network, presents the principals ought to be followed when planning the heavy haul corridors. Take the railway maximum income as the object function and take the line carrying capacity as well as the investment limit as the constrains, an investment decision-making for heavy haul transformation and cargo flow distribution model based on path selection is proposed. Finally, the optimation software Lingo 11.0 is used to solve an example.(2) Making benefits analysis and evaluation of the heavy haul transformation project is helpful for the reconstrcion project to obtain good economic benefit, achieve railway sound development and provide the relative decision-making with scientific basis. Considering economic and correlative accounting theories, the paper analyses the economic and social benefits of the project. From the system analysis point of view, a project benefit evaluation index system is established. The index benefit system selects the investment pay duration, employment and other 6 factors from financial benefits, national economy benefits and social benefits three aspects. By using extention execellent degree evalution method, a comprehensive evalution to a reconstruction project of a heavy haul transformation is made. (3) Deteming the curve superelevation is an important part of rail line design in the heavy haul transformation project. It relates not only the safty and confor of trains running, but also the opertation and maintenance costs. The thesis states the conventional methods of calculating the superelevation and its influencing factors. By using ADAMS/Rail, a passenger car body model and freight car body model are built. Through computer simulation, the relationships among the superelevation, curve radius and train speed are discussed. As for the the speed difference between the heavy haul trains and passenger trains is huge, by selecting four speed matching modes, the simulation experiments are taken and the conclusion of reasonable superelevation ranges are obtained. |
