| With the construction of the passenger dedicated line in our country, the transportation organization and the passenger trains scheme have been on the agenda. And it is influenced by passengers easily. The passenger dedicated line will lighten the transportation pressure on the existed mainlines, save the passengers'travel-time and increase the social operation efficiency. So it has the great significance for the great-leap-forward development of the railways.Passenger trains scheme is an important part in passenger transportation operation. But the dedicated passenger traffic lines in our country are still in the first stage and there is lack of systematic and feasible in the research on the passenger train scheme. At the same time, there is also lack of adequate reference in construction and operation organization of the china's passenger dedicated line. The passenger dedicated line in some developed countries is developed very well no matter on the technique or the theory about the dedicated passenger traffic line. So the paper deeply studied the passenger train scheme of the developed countries and then does the research about the passenger train scheme in our country.Passenger train scheme deals with many factors. It is necessary to make a reasonable scheme in the changeful market. The paper analyses each factor influencing the passenger train scheme. On base of that, integrated and optimal model is built up after considering the two factors which are railway department gains and travelers expenditures. And the consideration of the hierarchical nature of passenger flow is proposed. At last, the rail network model is built up. Effectiveness of model is verified with the simplification from network to tree then to line and the classification of the station. Theory of making the plan is provided. |
