| The study is the effectiveness of JiLin automobile brake factory implement ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality management system. Enterprise has many problems in the implementation of ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality management system,and there is also room for improvement.Therefore,by analyzing, it is worth learning to the quality management activities,and bring huge benefits for enterprise.This paper combined the practice for JiLin automobile brake factory, analyzed the constitution of the evaluation indexes of the quality management system and the principal to set up the system of the evaluation indexes.evaluated the effectiveness of the system based on the presentation of AHP-Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation.According to the evaluation results, there were problems in design and development, procurement and manufacture to JiLin automobile brake factory,directed the problems, from three aspects of development process,procurement process and manufacture process, this paper for the design of improvement scheme of the quality management system. Fanally, this paper summarized the auxiliary tools to guarantee the effective operation of quality management system. |
