Abstract/Summary:
It is necessary to detect the load performance before starter coming into use. The load torque range that previous starter testing system can provide was small, with low control accuracy. For all these disadvantages, this paper presents a kind of starter load testing system, based on hydraulic servo control technology.The system can provide a wide range of load torque. Meanwhile, in order to realize fast, stable and accurate load torque, a single parameter of the fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed, which is simulated by software MATLAB. Test results showed that the fuzzy PID control algorithm had excellent control and response accuracy. Besides, the solid modeling for the parts of the test bench, meanwhile the virtual assembly for the model, and finally the motion simulation was done by software Solid works, which provide a convenience to the processing and assembly of mechanical parts.On-site application of the system show that the system can fully meet the production needs, with high integrated level, testing precision and test speed.
