From the practice of several years of research and development, people's electronic control, solenoid valve aspects of the comparative importance to the hydraulic valve aspects of the people that it takes a longer time to produce comparative neglect, and the resulting problems are precisely difficult to resolve。The purpose of this project is to study the practical mathematical model, thereby enabling the design and the actual deviation to the eradication of the pattern design and check calculations.The main research topics are as follows:⑴Sensitivity of the vehicle to a number of factors, there are some problems with random uncertainty. In order to better solve this problem, this paper through the first car to the sensitivity of conventional static and dynamic characteristics of their study and research to explore the theory of fuzzy gray for the actual sensitivity of the basis of the model calculation model。⑵Fuzzy mathematical theories dealing with uncertainty as one of the means of information, can be used to make up for the probability analysis of the complicated method of the reliability of data. Therefore, the analysis in this paper introduces methods and grey fuzzy math theory, the theory of fuzzy grey comprehensive utilization of a number of factors hydraulic power steering system based on the theory of Grey System multi-objective global optimization, in line with the actual establishment of the mathematical model so characteristic curve close to the maximum extent possible so as to enhance desirable traits Power Steering performance, it should be said that this is a value of the study and explore new methods。⑶Based on the mathematical model, using MATLAB Simulink established in the corner from the steering wheel vehicle yaw rate to the simulation model output by using computer programming measured power curve fitting methods to build hydraulic power steering system simulation platform design work on the valve to The static and dynamic characteristics of the simulation。⑷Using VB development design an interface clear, easy manipulation of hydraulic power steering system of practical design software. Use of the software on the same type of a product design and realization of the key points for the accuracy of comparative analysis. Verify the mathematical model and optimize the software is correct and practical。Finally, a summary of the research work, and further established based on the theory of fuzzy grey study, as well as the effective application of deficiencies.
