Application Of Power Line Carrier Communication System

With modern construction of buildings having a growing area and increasingly complex structures, there are a large number of emergency lights and light channels, and it is necessary to establish an emergency light control system. Emergency lighting control system can effectively protect people's lives and property when fire and other emergency situations occurring, which plays a crucial role in the building. Power line communication is a main technology which is used.Firstly this paper introduces relevant theoretical knowledge about the power line carrier communication technology, including power line carrier communication definition, characteristics, corresponding protocols and implementation techniques; secondly a power line carrier communication module is designed, and the hardware section includes power line carrier modulation and demodulation modules, micro-Controller modules, power line interface module and the corresponding external testing modules; finally part of the relevant software about the power line carrier communication module is completed, including the communication between the main host and the micro-controller, data acquisition and processing, and power line data communications.In this paper, power line carrier communication technology is used in the hardware and software design about power line carrier communication module. This paper has finished transferring data and controlled the emergency lights through the power line, and this paper has also finished making emergency lights capable of self-detection and emergency response. A building emergency lighting control system has been completed, which can provide emergency lighting and the best escape routes for people facing emergency situations to protect people's lives and property effectively.
