It is significant for us reducing blindness in tunnel construction, improve the ability of avoiding Construction of Disaster and reduce or eliminate the losses of person, equipment and engineering in the construction process to use Geological Prediction Technology in the construction process to find advanced detection methods,develop the related equipment,predict and analysis different kinds of geological disasters in front of tunnel excavation face accurately and timely put forward reasonable and feasible construction disaster disposal measures.The paper in-depth studies the status field of the advanced detection technique, advantages of electrical method in detecting and the mechanism of induced polarization effect.This paper analysises the theoretical basis of Dual-frequency induced polarization method and characteristics of structure and function ammong the existing mainstream dual-frequency induced polarization instruments. Combined with spread characteristics and electromagnetic environment characteristics in tunnel construction site,we designe a kind of geological detection instrumentation system, based on the tunnel dual-frequency induced polarization method which is one of frequency-domain induced polarization method.This paper puts forwards the design principle of the instrument system,the function,the parameter and the scheme of designing this instrument.This paper discusses optimization design research in many places,such as the selection of SCM system,the output stage design of double-frequency, Signal reliable collection and denoising design, Data communication real-time design, Stable and reliable wireless communication design, main program software design of industrial PC, signal processing software design.These ensure the environment adaptability of instrument system, working stability of instrument system, measurement accuracy of instrument system and communication real-time and flexibility using of instrument system and realized the requirements of the project research and practical dual purpose.By model tests, contrast tests of the instrument and the costant analysis, summarizes and improvement On-the-spot test, instrument system is perfect.. as the practice inspection in the construction site for example The undersea tunnel "in" jiaozhou bay,proves the validity of this thesis research and practicability of this detectors system.
