It's a comprehensive course of planning and developing surrounding area of high-speed railway station. Considering it involves many aspects, this thesis will select―affecting factors‖and―developing features‖as research objects.Firstly, on the affect factors research of high-speed railway station's surrounding area; author will raise three affecting factors as: city's exterior cause, interior cause and developing mode & strategy, in the base of analyzing many countries'developing cases of surrounding-high-speed-railway-station area, such as in Japan, France, Germany, Belgium, and Netherlands. Meanwhile, author attempts to assess the domestic surrounding-high-speed-railway-station area development, and raise suggestion on actively utilize beneficial factors and avoiding disadvantageous factors.Secondly, on the basis of analyzing affecting factors, further analyze surrounding-high-speed-railway-station area developing features in aspects of spatial structure, land usage scale and developing intensity.In spatial structure analysis, through using the most frequently used―Three development zone‖mode and integrate many oversea successful cases,author raises two surrounding railway station area planning structure as"node type urban complex"and"network type urban complex".In land use scale analysis,author divide developing mode as"industrial park type"and"city center type". And"city center type"development can be subdivide as"renewal type","developing type"and"evacuation type". Through analyzing on different cases and use famous CBD oversea as proof, author suggest rational land use scale in different surrounding-high-speed-railway-station area. Finally, point out the present domestic development defects in land use scale.In developing density analysis, author use many cases to research on high-speed railway's junctions and adhering parts; and evaluate and give suggestion onour domestic railway surrounding area development in large,medium size and small city. |
