| Recently, with the vigorous development of the national economy,the scale of super high-rise building, long-span spatial structures, urban rail transit, super long tunnels, large dams engineering, etc. expands day by day.the common features of construction is huge in scale, long in cycle, wide in range,complicated in process. In the rapid development of civil engineering, construction accidents of building have increased, seriously affected the lives of workers and speed of construction,the main reason is that the reseach of mechanical state is imperfect and we don't consider many unfavorable factors in construction process.Traditional structure design apply the calculation results of structure under complete loading.but don't take time-varying mechanical state under structure construction process into consideration.this paper main achieve the time-varying work for high-rise building can be summarized as followings:(1) Begin from the existing system of time-varying structure, expounds the concept of time-varying structure system,and In the views of structure stiffness time-varying, material constitutive time-varying,settlement time-varying,etc. Expounds the theory of constuctions time-varying, combined with time-varying characteristics of Tianjin "Jinta" point out that the necessity of control and monitoring for plate-wall structure.Establish a numerical model of "Jinta" considered shrinkage and creep, obtain the influence result for "Jinta"caused by shrinkage and creep.(2) For the problem of stress time-varying, explained the principle of time-varying stress monitoring,point out the method.Establish the construction Simulation numerical model,perform Simulation calculation and monitoring, compared the result of monitoring and analysis, verified the correctness of model. The results show that it's very different between completing load and considering construction process.So construction process design is necessary for high-rise steel structure.In the paper,through comparing the monitoring result of some component in different foors, obtain the change law of vertical stress and Axial force, provide the experimental and theoretical basis for guiding construction and preregulation.(3) For the problem of deformation time-varying,monitoring the different vertical deformation between Inner and outer cylinder of "Jinta", puts forward a simplified method for construction preset of steel plate shear wall structure.Establish a numerical model of "Jinta" considered time-varying characteristics for materials,interaction of foundation and superstructure,restriction effect of concrate caused by peripheral steel tube.Get the change law of cumulative deformation by compression of column and every floor's Final settlement difference.Get the construction preset value considered ground and concrete shrinkage and creep. Comparing the theoretical result and monitoring result, Analysising the settlement's main cause of superhigh steel struction.(4) For the problem of stress time-varying of key component and residual stress of super-high steel plate shear wall structure, combined with "Jinta",Establish a model consider Transient,nonlinear and coupling. Monitored and analysised for welding speed and welding sequence. Comparing the theoretical result and monitoring result,get the result that decrease Residual stress if accelerating the welding speed, proposing the Optimization welding sequence,and get the position and Size of Residual stress and extreme value of Instantaneous welding in the optimization sequence of welding, provide the theoretical and experimental basis for steel plate sheer wall in next step.(5) combined with Beijing TV Station, Tianjin Tower, nest, compared to the the common law and different points of three projects in the monitoring process, construction time-varying and the configuration adjust. Provide the realistic basis for monitoring,simulation and configuration adjust for next step. Analysis the problem of realistic,theory and operation possibility, provide the Proposal for the further rearch. |
