With the increased intensity of cities, railways, highways and other infrastructure in china, rotary drilling rig won the recognition of construction regulatory requirements and construction units. So the market of rotary drilling rig shows a good prospect with the rapid progress. This will not only promote the development of our basic machinery, but also to promote a variety of infrastructure.This paper based on the analysis of domestic and international rotary drilling rig power device development, structure and composition, used three-dimensional engineering software to Establish power device mode, and its study the following aspects:Analysis of rotary drilling rig power device working principle, characteristics and domestic and international development, also introduced rotary bucket, short spiral drill in drilling status and characteristics of the load condition. Analysis of rotary drilling rig power device composition and structure,taking the three-dimensional software SolidWorks as a platform, to establish four different forms of power model.Discusses the typical power device control system for hydraulic working principle and structure, the design of the hydraulic circuit and control loop simulation software to simulate, obtain best simulation results.The key components static, modal analysis, understand the components of the stress, displacement distribution and to meet the structural strength, quality, minimal conditions, the size of the structure of components optimized design. The result offers theoretical reliance for further improvement and production of power device.
