Study Of Ecological Planning And Its Index System For Suburban Town Of Two-oriented Society

Ecological construction in small towns is the important part of Eco-city construct on,especially the Chang-Zhu-Tan resource-saving and environment-friendly which called Two-oriented society and matching reform experimental zone construction, while the key construction of the Two-oriented and suburban ecological small towns is to make the ecological planning, so this paper take the Xiaduopu town for example, and carry out the study of theories and methods of suburban small towns ecological planning under the two-oriented society, which provide the scientific basics for the ecological planning establishment of such small towns, this paper studied the conclusions are as follows:Firstly, combined with the characteristics of "Two-oriented society " and suburban towns, analyzed and discussed the ecological planning of this theory of small towns, defined the suburban towns, illustrated the generation and connotation of Two-oriented society, combed the theoretical system of ecological planning of Two-oriented society suburban town.Secondly, on the basic of sorting and comparing index system about " Two-oriented "construction, and the index system of environmental planning small towns, and the ecological planning index system of all sorts of domestic cities and towns, applied the ahp to set up the index system of ecological planning of Two-oriented society suburban towns, which is set to 3 layers, and contains 26 index.Thirdly,on the basic of status analyse of 200,2005,2006,2007,2008 years, introduced the sustainable development model to predicts the target index of ecological construction of Xiaduopu town in the next 5 years,10 years and 15years, analyzed the status and future development trend of ecological construction of Xiaduopu, and puts forward some suggestions about the Construction of ecological cities and towns.
