At present, study of reducing the urban railway vibration is still in the initial stage, effect of the railway track parameters on vibration transmission properties is not profound understanding, and the research is also not comprehensive, so some further studies and discussions about impact on the track diseases (such as rail corrugation) are needed. Therefore, the in-depth study on the track structure and parameters of vibration transmissibility is very necessary and important. In this paper, dynamic models of ballast track and flexible short sleeper ballastless track are builded based on finite element method, by harmonic analysis, the responses of the excitation frequency are calculated, and then investigate the track structure and its parameters on the track vibration transmission characteristics. The effect of the track parameters of fastener stiffness, ballast stiffness, sleeper pad stiffness and sleeper spacing on vertical and lateral vibration transmission properties is studied, displacement and bending moment receptance of rail and the sleeper, and force receptance of fastener and ballast are analysed, resulting in the track structure and its parameters on the track vibration transfer characteristics were investigated. The results show that vibration along the rail track structure has weakened, especially in the low frequency region, with the excitation frequency increases, the attenuate trend becoming not obvious; the first Pinned-Pinned vibration frequency and the sleeper spacing are crosscurrent; ballast track structure, with the fastener stiffness becoming greater, the vibration of rails and sleepers are also more violent, and direct impact on the forces of fastener and ballast; short elastic sleeper ballastless track, in the low frequency stage, the smaller pillow pads stiffness, vibration of fastener and sleeper is more strongly, in the high-frequency phase, sleeper pad stiffness has little effect on the vibration characteristics.
