Rail corrugation(abbreviation corrugation)has become a major form of wheel-rail damage in rail transit due to the characteristics of aggravating the wheel-rail dynamic force,which seriously affects the driving safety and the service life of vehicle track components.Slight corrugation can be eliminated by grinding the rails,while severe corrugation can only be solved by replacing the new rails.Frequent grinding will undoubtedly consume huge maintenance costs and reduce the service life of the rails.Therefore,the growth of corrugation needs to be suppressed and the grinding cycle of rail corrugation needs to be extended from the perspective of reducing maintenance costs.The study of this paper takes the rail corrugation of urban rail transit as an object,and starts with the design method of using rail vibration absorbers to suppress the vibration of the track system.With the purpose of suppressing the corrugation growth and extending the corrugation grinding cycle,the prediction of the corrugation grinding cycle of the metro is established.The vibration response of vehicle under rail corrugation excitation was studied in depth:(1)To suppress the vibration of subway rails,a vertical dynamic model of track with additional rail vibration absorbers was established.The vibration response of the rails was solved.Based on the analysis of the rail vibration,a Pinned-Pinned vibration mutation index and grading standards for evaluating its vibration are presented.The design method for suppressing rail vibration by a single rail vibration absorber is proposed and the optimized design frequency expression is fitted.The adverse effects of the additional rail vibration absorber are pointed out.Furthermore,the design method of the double rail vibration absorber is proposed.The results show that Pinned-Pinned vibration can be accurately evaluated by using the rail receptance mutation in the special position of the rail,and the double rail vibration absorber can more effectively suppress the vibration of the track system.(2)To the growth of rail corrugation and extend the metro corrugation grinding cycle,the model for the metro rail corrugation grinding cycle prediction was established.The model solves the rail receptance and the wheel-rail dynamic force under the coupling of the vehicle and track.On this basis,the wavelengths of different rail corrugation that may be generated on the line are predicted.The simulation results are compared and verified with the actual measurement data of the Guangzhou metro line.Achieved the prediction of the grinding cycle of rail corrugation.The effects of parameters on the rail corrugation grinding cycle were studied,and the governance effects of three strategies for extending the corrugation grinding cycle were compared.It provides the basis and reference for the follow-up research on the corrugation grinding cycle of the metro.(3)To study the adverse effects of corrugation on vehicle vibration,a vertical dynamic model of vehicles was established,and the rail corrugation was used as a system excitation.The vibration response of the vehicle under corrugation excitation was analyzed.The influence of corrugation wavelength and wave depth on the vibration of vehicle systems under different passenger capacity and speed.Based on the results of the suppression of corrugation by rail vibration absorbers,the vibration suppression of the vehicle after corrugation treatment was studied.The results show that corrugation has a sensitive wavelength for vehicle excitation.This wavelength is related to vehicle speed and will cause vehicle severe vibration.Adding rail vibration absorber on the line will reduce the impact of corrugation on vehicle vibration after a certain operating time.
