The phenomenon of non-uniform melt settlement deformation in the qinghai-tibet highway roadbed is universal. Recent years, there are more and more longitudinal cracks due to the non-uniform melt settlement deformation, especially developed in crack quantity, crack length and width, commonly, longitudinal cracks penetrated roadbed throughout the depth direction and often accompanied by the transverse cracks, which impacted on the road carrying capacity and safety. The research initiative to improve the stress state of the semi-rigid base, refer to the use of reinforced steel in the structure and deck pavement, assign wire reinforcement mesh in the semi-rigid base, combine with the processing measures of the subgrade cracks, aiming to imprve the ability of roadbed to resist the driving load and non-uniform deformation, some new ideas and methods is provided to relieve the cracks of the asphalt pavement at semi-rigid base in the peculiar conditions.By the beam bending test of the reinforced cement stable macadam mixture, the flexural strength and deflection is studied, and the diameter, interval, type and position also can be obtained. Combining with actual pavement structure, test the beam bending of the reinforced cement stable macadam mixture, research the failure load and failure displacement of the reinforced cement stable macadam mixture, the appropriate diameter, interval and type is obtained. Establish the finite element model of the beam bending test of the reinforced cement stable macadam mixture, the relationships between the failure load, the failure displacement, the KR, the KU and specification parameter are obtained, synthesize laboratory test and finite element method, from the view of stress state and failure modes, reveals the mechanism of the reinforced cement stable macadam mixture, put forward the structural design method based on KR and KU as the design index...
