| The artificial protection wall structure of dug pile is the supporting structure during the process of constructing the pile foundation, which is designed to protect the safety of construction workers and to achieve the pore-forming, while it is seldom considered about by designers that the function of sharing load of the protection wall during the process of horizontal driving, not does it be clearly ruled or explained in current regularities and standards. In order to research the contribution of the mutual impact and of the bearing capacity of artificial protection wall structure with horizontal load, with the Finite Element software ANSYS, the article carries out the numerical value imitation of the pile's properties when two different working conditions bear no protection wall under the function of different horizontal load. The result shows that:1. Sectional protection wall could carry mutual impact with the piles, and the protection wall increases the anti-bending rigidity of piles, thus the stress of piles, horizontal displacement and resisting power of earth beyond piles are decreased under the same function of horizontal load then it is compared with that of non-protection wall. That is to say, the protection wall structure has a significant effect on sharing the horizontal load to pile foundation.2. Referring to the ways to confirm the piles Eigen value of horizontal bearing capacity in related regularities and standards, we can work out the contribution of protection wall upon the horizontal bearing capacity of piles is 12.21%.3. After the cross sections of different parts of the protection wall are transformed to the cross sections of piles, we can obtain the computational formula both about the horizontal bearing capacity of pile foundation and about the contribution of the protection wall upon the bending terminal bearing capacity of piles'cross section. The research findings of the article enrich the theories about the mutual impact mechanism of sectional protection walls, pile structures and earth media, and provide certain reference value to the designing theories of pile foundation and to the engineering practice. |
