With the vigorous development of our country's Road Transport industry and rapid growth in the number of motor vehicles, the resulting traffic safety problems have become increasingly prominent. According to the survey, the proportion of commercial vehicles for passengers occurring serious traffic accidents is much higher than than vehicles for other purposes. In order to reduce the accident of commercial vehicles, improve safety management level of road passenger transport, we should first establish a set of reliable safety evaluation system, evaluate the security situation of road passenger transportation objectively. To find the problems in the process of security management, proposed effective safety supervision and countermeasures, to prevent accidents.This paper proceeded from current situation of safety production of these passenger stations in Shanxi province, focused on the analysis of the influence of the person, things and management to the passenger stations safety. This paper introduced some common safety evaluation methods, analyzed the respective characteristic and the characteristic of passenger stations, and we chose the comprehensive safety evaluation method to evaluate the safety situation of passenger stations, chose the Delphi Technique to select index, chose G1 to give the weight coefficient. According to the establishing principles of index system, we established the safety evaluation index system framework of passager stations.This framework is divided into three layers, contains 4 second-level indexes and 25 third-level indexes. We plaited the method of G1 into JAVA, to treat the data of expert advisory table, determined the weight coefficient and established the score standard. To validate the operability of the score standard, we took two passenger stations as examples to analyse, confirmed the practicability of the safety evaluation index system.
