Based on the analysis of situation and development trend of hydraulic piling hammer at home and abroad, According to the traditional distance feedback control principles can't adjust the impact energy and frequency steplessly, put forward a pressure feedback flow system with PLC controller of hydraulic pile hammer, and studied its work performance deeply.Firstly, according to the work requirements of flow system, the valve in flow system is designed and selected, established the theoretical model of the vavle, and through computer simulation determined the operating parameters of the hydraulic control valve.Secondly, for the specific use environment and work requirements of the hydraulic pile hammer, put forward a pressure feedback flow system with PLC controller, and the hardware selection, software programming and interactive interface design of the flow system with PLC controller is researched deeply.Thirdly, Established a complete dynamic simulation model of the hydraulic pile hammer pressure feedback flow system with PLC controller, in-depth studied the law which the parameters of flow system on the work performance of hydraulic pile hammer, and tentatively identified the best parameters of the flow system.Lastly, Throughing repeated experiments on the experimental prototype show that the pressure feedback flow system with PLC controller could achieve the expected goals.All in all, the achievements mentioned above is not only provide with new ideas and methods for the flow system design of hydraulic piling hammer, but also provides a reliable theoryguide for optimization, technological innovation of hydraulic pile hammer.
